At BoardVitals, the health and safety of our customers is everything. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 developments and are doing everything within our power to ensure our customers are taken care of during this time.
With school closures across the country, postponements of board exams, mandatory work commitments and numerous other factors, the ongoing spread of COVID-19 has affected many of our customers. We want to help give all of our customers peace of mind during this time.
If you currently have an active BoardVitals subscription and the effect of COVID-19 has caused a postponement to your exam or a disruption of your ability to prep for your boards, email us at [email protected] and attach a copy of the notice you received stating your exam was canceled or rescheduled due to COVID-19 concerns. During this time we will gladly extend your subscription for the same length of time originally purchased. If no documentation is provided, still reach out to us and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Please keep in mind, due to the nature of this situation our customer service team is experiencing an influx of traffic and we are working hard to respond to all as quickly as possible.
For new customers, we will continue to offer a delayed start option on all Master (6-months) and Prepare (3-Months) plans, which means you can buy now and delay the start date of your plan for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
We hope these options offer some relief during this time of uncertainty, but most of all, we hope you are all taking the necessary measures to stay safe and healthy.
