        • 30 Self Assessment Activity hours

        • 30 Self Assessment Activity hours
        • 45 Category 1 ACCME hours
      • By the end of year 10

        • A total of 100 Self Assessment Activity hours (years 1-10)
        • A total of 100 Category 1 ACCME hours (years 1-10)
        • MOC Exam (years 7-10 only)
        • 1 Practice Performance Assessment

      The American Board of Preventative Medicine requires 30 hours of ABPM-approved LLSA/MOC activities and 45 hours of other Category 1 ACCME approved CME activites.
      Of these hours, a minimum of 100 hours must be ABPM-approved Lifelong Learning and Self Assessment activities.

        150 total hours every 3 years

      • 60 Category 1 CME.

      The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation requires 150 CME credits over a 3 year renewal period. A minimum of 40% (60 hours) of the required CME hours shall be obtained in formal CME programs. (The entire 150 hour requirement may be completed in Category 1). A maximum of 60% (90 hours) of the required CME hours may be obtained in informal CME programs or activities.
