Board certification in Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiology.
30 CME hours in the 3 years preceding application (15 of which must be nuclear cardiology specific)

The Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology requires 30 CME hours in the 3 years preceding the application for recertification. Of these hours, a miminum of 15 must be on the subject of Nuclear Cardiology.

State of Wisconsin Medical Examining Board

30 AMA, AOA, and/or ACCME Category 1 Credits.

The State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires 30 Category 1 hours every two years. These hours must be approved by the AMA, AOA, ACCME. Additionally, each physician must take two hours of approved continuing education on responsible opioid prescribing.
