The Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology requires 30 CME hours in the 3 years preceding the application for recertification. Of these hours, a miminum of 15 must be on the subject of Nuclear Cardiology.

The Nebraska Board of Medicine and Surgery requires 50 hours of CME credits every two years, all of which must be Category 1 AMA credits. Up to 24 hours accumulated beyond the 50 required hours may be carried over to the next renewal cycle.
