About the American Board of Surgery Continuous Certification Assessment in General Surgery

The American Board of Surgery now offers Continuous Certification Assessments to replace the traditional recertification exam for general surgery. It is an open book assessment comprised of 40 questions and is to be taken and passed every other year.
